Yoku enforces usage limits to protect platform stability.
Rate limits
Each plan includes:
- Monthly request quotas
- Per-second rate limits
Requests beyond these limits may be throttled or rejected.
Best practices
- Cache responses on your side when possible
- Avoid unnecessary repeated requests
- Do not attempt to mirror or bulk-export the dataset
- Treat Yoku as a live service, not a static dump
Abuse prevention
We may suspend or revoke API keys that:
- Bypass limits
- Scrape data aggressively
- Resell raw API responses
- Violate the Terms of Service
