Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable plan limits, Yoku grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business or personal purposes.
This license does not permit you to create derivative datasets, mirror the Service, or use the Service as a substitute for a proprietary brand database.

The Service may retrieve, aggregate, or process third-party brand assets, trademarks, logos, company names, and other publicly available information (“Third-Party IP”) for identification and contextual purposes only.
Yoku does not own, control, endorse, or grant licenses to any Third-Party IP. No trademark, copyright, or branding rights are granted to you through use of the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Third-Party IP complies with applicable laws, trademark rules, and brand usage guidelines.
Requests to correct, restrict, or remove Third-Party IP may be submitted to contact@yoku.app. We reserve the right to assess and act on such requests at our discretion.
You retain ownership of your inputs and any outputs generated using AI-powered features. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or similar to publicly available content.
Yoku does not guarantee the originality, correctness, or legal suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving outputs before use, publication, or reliance.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Yoku may throttle, suspend, or revoke API keys or accounts at any time to prevent abuse, ensure platform stability, or comply with legal obligations.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis via our payment processor. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or VAT.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
The free plan is provided for evaluation and testing purposes only and includes strict usage limits. We may modify, restrict, or discontinue the free plan at any time without notice.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Any discretionary refunds, credits, or adjustments are granted at Yoku’s sole discretion.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Paris, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOKU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Customer data is deleted within 30 days after termination unless retention is required by law. Encrypted backups may persist temporarily and are automatically purged.
